I'm Joseph Tabalon, a 2nd year MS Statistics student at San Diego State University (expected grad May 2022). I'm fascinated with the fields of machine learning (i.e object detection, natural language processing) and everything data science. My research interests include applications of deep learning to biomedical imaging, and object detection to spatial imaging. I'm currently a Research Assistant under Kyle Hasenstab PhD and a Machine Learning Engineer intern with the Air Force Research Laboratory.
